Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions a family makes, and I want to make sure the process of applying to Bruce College is as straightforward as possible.

The Admissions Process

It’s important for us that you will feel at home at Bruce College. And what should be equally important is how you feel about us! Therefore we have set up our Admissions process to ensure that everything fits together correctly.

(1) Submit Your Application

The first step is completing our application form, below, accompanied by your most recent school reports and exam results. The whole thing takes about ten minutes and our admissions team will come back to you within a week.

Students should have studied mainly higher level subjects for the Junior Certificate and will be studying mainly higher level subjects for leaving certificate.

Please Note

Application forms must be accompanied by copies/scans of the following documents;

FOR STUDENTS CURRENTLY IN 3RD YEAR: Your most recent school report and your Junior Cycle results.
FOR REPEAT LEAVING CERT STUDENTS: Your most recent school report, showing your Leaving Cert results, and your Mock Results.
FOR ALL OTHER STUDENTS: Your most recent school report, your Junior Cycle results, and your Mock Results (where applicable). If you have an Exemption or Reasonable Accommodation Certificate, please attach it in the relevant section.

(2) Come In for an Interview

Once your application has been reviewed, you and your parents or guardians will be invited in to meet an admissions officer. It’s a conversation, not a test; a chance for us to get to know you and for you to ask anything you want to know about the school.

(3) Offer of Place

Following your interview, places will be offered to successful candidates. A deposit secures your place and our admissions team will guide you through everything you need to do from there.
